We are currently very busy, especially in customer service. Due to the high demand for our products, there may be delays in responding. We are already looking for new staff and are expanding our team on a weekly basis. We therefore ask you for a little patience when processing your messages - we won't forget you! Please also check your spam folder regularly, we may have already replied to you.

We offer a 30 days return / exchange policy. Please contact us via email at info@topraimbow.com and you'll be informed about the easy exchange / return process.

Our processing time is 1-3 days and shipping time 5-9 days. Usually our parcels are delivered in aropund 1 working week, however there may be slight delays during high demand periods.

Tracking number takes up to 3 days to get updated in the system. You'll receive an email with the tracking link once you place your order, in case of any issues you can always contact Top Raimbow customer service.
